Spencer and Arlington consist of a range of qualified and experienced managers, supported by practitioners, team leaders, quality assurance officers, advocates and dedicated support staff who undergo a range of specialist training providers commissioned by Skills for Care, SEN LLC, Medication, Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Protection Procedures, Autism, ADD, ADHD, and Management of Challenging Behaviours.

People with learning disabilities aspire to live in their own home like anyone else. With the right support, we can make this a reality, S&A specialises in care only, supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that may be considered challenging, we work closely with housing agencies such as housing associations, trusts and the private sector, bridging both Care & Housing.

From time to time we can get things wrong; and will follow our complaints procedures as and when a complaint is made, we will do our best to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible whilst taking into consideration of your feelings.
